I have been waiting 2 years for my hearing I601A on February 3 2025. I cannot believe the day is coming soon, my American citizen and I have been working with an attorney since 2021. We have a daughter, we got married in 2020, been living together since 2018. I have been living in the US continuously since 2002, I have entered without inspection twice, 1997 and 2002. I have faith in God that I have a good case and that I can adjust my status to secure my future and be with my family here in the US.

Hello, Thank you for this helpful information. My immigrant spouse (he's an Albanian citizen) entered the US with someone else's Italian passport over 20 years ago and he doesn't have the passport to show as evidence of his entry. Will the I-601A Waiver help or should we pursue another waiver? We've been married since July 2007.

Hello - any chance you guys have anybody from Guatemala and their I-601 interview experience at the U.S. Embassy in Guatemala? My mother has an approved I-601A but is hesitant of scheduling her interview because of urban legends of the interview being difficult and approval times supposedly taking several years. Is there anything that can be said to help qualm her fears that you guys can share from a similar case in Guatemala? I really want her to obtain her green card already and take her interview.
