Thanks for this video. His story is somewhat comparable to Nicholas II. "Neither of his brothers wanted to become Tsar". Is it possible that Michael, the brother of Nicholas II, didn't want to become Tsar or was ordered not to by Bolsheviks in 1917 ? What I'm asking essentially is did Michael refuse the crown for the sake of keeping the peace after Nicholas II abdicated ? This is a question that has been one of immense mystery to me for years now because it's not clear why Michael refused the crown. It's possible there may have been a variety of reasons or even Michael didn't know Nicholas II chose him to succeed. What do you guys think ?

@@Mike-l7y5y Grand Duke Michael refused the crown for several reasons. First, he did not want to be Tsar. Second, he refused to accept the crown without a popular election. Stay blessed.
