@jamiemohan2049 speaking of Great Britain and I can't stress this enough regarding the czars identical cousin. The brutal deaths of the czar and his wife and kids could've and should've been avoided after reaching out to him in dyer straits for a safe harbor only to be turned away so coldly. Which probably only made the situation worse after Lennon tickled pink ide wager found out the czar was turned away by his own blood. Some say he had to to keep England safe but I call BS. Lennon would not have attacked England for any reason after only just seizing power of Russia which was literally still licking it's wounds from The Great War of which was going very badly for Russia. A decision like that might've gotten him executed as well. The English monarch might as well have shot them all himself in my opinion

@@user-ms4tl2ys4n I did not say that the children deserved it, but many of you write that supposedly they "ALL" did not deserve it, but there were those among the bottom who deserved it. At that time, Russians had a great hatred for the royal family and many were afraid that their children would try to take the throne. Don't think we're happy about this, we've all long recognized that it was a disgrace in Russian history. In general, at that time, the murder of children was not very different from the murder of people of legal age.

@Egor8488
@Egor8488 19 күн бұрын
@ТеридюрКёрисо

A fine video and appreciate the colorization. I noticed that little Alexei is being carried. This would have seemed strange, but by the time this film was made -- around 1913-- the public probably knew of his hemophilia. The Czarina's feathered hat bobs up and down as she acknowledges the crowd. Czar Nicholas and the Czarina make a handsome couple and good looks seemed generally the case with the Romanov family. All four daughters were quite beautiful. But I wonder if they could have chosen their fate live as the Grand Duchesses that they were or have had a full life as a peasant to an old age, say 60, with the chance of having their own families, what Olga, Tatiana, Maria and Anastasia would have chosen.

@@wiseguy9202 God forbid if it looks like Western Europe. It is impossible to imagine this, because the people are tired of the monarchy. In 1918, the Soviet Union gave women equal rights with men, abortions were allowed, women received higher education on an equal basis with men, became specialists, poor people began to receive higher education. Science has grown and the USSR has produced a number of brilliant people. Changes were necessary, even though the formation of the USSR was difficult at first

@Republica_Socialista_do_Brasil Granted but I don't believe he stuck around the time he did for the power and glory of it all. I think it may have been more like a duty to serve Russia rather than all the glitz and glamor that goes with it. For instance a soldier doesn't run into enemy fire because he or she wants to see shiny bullets up close but rather to do his or her duty for their country. The Czar definitely had more glamor doing his duty but still does what he truly believes is the right thing to do at the time. When it came down to what's better for Russia at that specific time it only meant that regardless of what everyone was telling him he may have believed that stepping down was also just another hard thing to do for anyone even. So he forced that pill down of Abdicating the throne because in my opinion of course he believed it a better choice for Russia.

As a Russian, I have every right to judge the tsarist time. It was a terrible time. My grandmother was in Prince Cherkassky's harem when she was 13. Another grandmother plowed the floor with the scorching sun 24/7 in bast shoes. Grandfather graduated from two classes of the parish school. He could pray to God and read by syllables) and so, after the revolution in 1922, they were driven into schools. At that time they were considered old at 45, but they studied in schools). I don't understand when foreigners admire the tsarist regime. Remember: there has never been such a regime in Russia that you can admire. But Lenin gave the people much more. I'm silent about Stalin. (I hope you understand that grandmother and grandfather are conditional)

As a Russian, I have every right to judge the communist time. It was a terrible time. My great-grandmother was lived in a barracks after revolution until Khrushchev came to power. Before the revolution, large family had huge peasant property near Moscow and calm life. During the revolution, the farm was burned down, family fled to the city away from the war unleashed by the Bolsheviks. War and famine - this is how the communist regime rewarded my ancestors. Only in the 1950s, 30 years after the revolution, family was able to move out of the barracks. Before the revolution, no one terrorized our family, and, according to my grandmother, household of great-grandfathers and great-grandmothers was prosperous.

Come on dude, Nicholas II was the weakest emperor of Russia, he was simply not ready to be an emperor and decide important state issues. If there had been a person like Alexander II in his place, the revolution would never have happened.
