[TSC] SEML/NKL Cab Ride: 2E16 1751 Charing Cross - Dartford via Greenwich.

This is a scenario on the Steam Workshop Route - South Eastern Main Line/North Kent Line. However this is heavily modified version that is not available to the public.
The scenario is based on the journey I would take home from work every weekday in the late 90's.
