@@ashishnehra5481 not quite right. Im not sure whats yr age but Im from the 90s and I know what a craze Anuradha was during the early 90s ( 89, 90, 91, 92 ). She also won 3 filmfare awards in a row. Alka was always the second choice at that time. Later lots of things happened in Anuradhas life and also in the music industry and she stopped doing films for like 6 years - and thats when Alka took the lead. In the early 90s, almost every house used to play Aashique , Dil hai ki manta naihin, sadak, Junoon, Dil, Saajan ,and the list is quite long - if Anuradha had not stopped singing for films, who knows what would have been ?
