OG vs LGD in Dota 2, International 2018 Upper Bracket Final Game 3 easily defeats this.... also the same OG vs LGD in the same tournament but at FINALS this time during GAME 4 is even a better comeback than their previous comeback so yeah.... TSM's comeback was not "The greatest comeback in competitive gaming history"

Best Apex tourney yet and it will take a LOT to beat it. Optic pulled that sneaky, late 3rd party contest drop on DF and KCP on SP to stop DF getting to MP and they got their win for it to take themselves to MP but then they choked time after time after time from then on out. The Dojo pulled the late drop on TSM on SP in the same game, then took them out AGAIN 2 games later on WE when TSM tried to pull the OOB play on them for but that failed play just sparked something in TSM that the whole lobby would live to regret. …3 W’s in a ROW from that moment on to take an ALGS Champs MP Final dub? Epic. Exhilarating. Exceptional. What a fucking final! GODDAYUM! 🔥

45:02 Why didn't SAF shoot Hal when he q'd? That was lowkey a very risky move especially when he landed on SAF's side but they let him do all that for free when they didn't need to. I'm almost certain I saw this exact same fight play out in an earlier match for the win against pvx and pvx won by shooting the horizon to pieces. SAF has Watson fences set up if they try to peek the cat wall. They could've won that fight

SAF not dropping on TSM (after they killed DOJO and later on) and taking a lowground position out of the next zone where u got no cover on the way to the next ring was the most stupid decision I ever witnessed. Even Hal always looked up coz he was afraid of a push but they never came... Greatest TSM plot armor game yet but the 2 wins before were epic! Cant wait for ALGS Year 4 with new rosters, orgs and Wigg ofc 💪

Dropping there does not guarantee anything for SAF, they still have to win the fight. They decided to Valk into the largest amount of cover left in that zone, which is around Thunder Watch. Calling it a stupid decision is ignorant when they were top 2 against TSM in final zone because of how they decided to play. Even TSM was not guaranteed anything from the spot they got, they still had to take a fight against BLVKHAND to secure the spot for final zone.

@zeronin4696 this is pure hindsight. Not knowing what team it is + them getting a straight 3v3 out the end game is optimal. They also could have died to blackhand after killing tsm/dojo. So many different ways this could have worked out. They simply just lost the 3v3 but if it wasn’t a match point team it wouldn’t have mattered. You only call it stupid because it was who it was. It was a good play and got them second with some extra kp where they 100% could have won the game.

Yeah imagine not dropping from the ultimate high ground where u are safe next zone onto a team with 3 swaps that knows you may do it and can beam one or two of you before you can recover from the fall stun. Or not to mention you dont know for sure how many teams are around to third or at least shoot you in the back. Oh and not to mention by not jumping down you come second with kp and were one fair 3 vs 3 from winning the game. SAF must be idiots.

For the people saying SAF were dumb to not drop they are clearly just mad TSM won because that team made an actual high IQ play given their circumstances. For one they dont know thats TSM. They are also in on the next zone on ultimate high ground with no way of getting back up if they do drop. Third they dont 100% know the health of the team that just won and now has at least 2 armour swaps (reps was being revived below the lip of the height and out of LOS). It was also most likely too high to hear the revive audio. Fourth in a seerless metta they dont know with certainty how many teams are around to third if they do drop. Fifth they would have had to drop in the open and with fall stun and tsm obviously watching for the drop they lose at least one player before they shoot their gun. They are also playing a passive comp. They made the intelligent play and kept their height allowing them to get into a very good position with kp and were one 3 vs 3 away from keeping it going. If you wanna be mad at a team because tsm won be mad at Optic who choked 3 golden opportunities to win it all.
