My PWHL name ideas: *Boston Light Keepers (Last lighthouse keeper in the US was Sally Snowman, who kept the Boston Light until December 2023) *Minnesota Whitecaps (This team played in the WWHL from 2004-2011, was an independent club from 2011-2018, then joined the NWHL/PHF in 2018) *Montreal Jubilees (After the old Jubilee Arena in Montreal that housed the first commercially successful women’s league, the Eastern Ladies Hockey League, from 1915-1920) *New York Riveters (One of the founding four clubs of the NWHL/PHF. Like the Whitecaps for Minnesota, this name is too good not to bring back) *Ottawa Alerts (After the club that won back to back championships in the Ladies Ontario Hockey Association’s first two seasons, plus a third title three years later under a new team name) *Toronto Furies (Played in the CWHL from 2011 until the league folded in 2019, and won the Clarkson Cup in 2014)
