In the movie version, Beerus used literally 70%, but in the anime version, he used much less % (probably 10% I dont remember). Now, in the Tournament of Power saga. Toei tried to tell us that MUI Goku will be at the level of Beerus (because of the official guides that said Jiren is at the level of the gods). HOWEVER, Beerus got another retcon in the manga, and he is even more powerful than the anime and movie versions, since now, not even current MUI Goku or UE Vegeta can beat him 💀 Which means Beerus from Z movies (BoG and RoF) is the weakest version of Beerus.

DB super really did King Kai dirty. I wish he still had more of a presence in the series considering how much of a friend and asset he has been throughout DBZ all the way until Buu. Plus he's just a really funny and likable character. It doesn't make sense why he wouldn't help out in the Moro or Granola arc for example.
