Dead zone is the worst db movies for me I couldn’t even finish it. It was so boring I fell sleep and I never fall asleep watching movies

so about that broly movie 1 point. i see where you are coming from but you gotta take into context that most people who are gassing it saw it back in the early 2000s when it aired ya feel. That level of ragdolling had not been seen in any prior film then you add the heavy metal in the back, the good fights for the era, and the feel that you got watching it, its def a fire film. Since goku had become a super sayian, we havent seen him get packed up like that . Eating the kamehameha to the face, the multiple forearms, the one liners it was lightning in a bottle which is why the character is so damn popular. But i do get why younger folks side more with the lovable one but im a lil old school. I like my antagonist to be ANTAGONIST with no redeeming qualities. We aint trying to save OG broly we trying to survive and I love that feeling.

To me I will always love Coolers Revenge, the moments that film had literally made me ascend to the heavens (I know im glazing but hear me out), the part where goku transforms into SSJ and then "Change by Deftones" playing had my entire body lift from my bed, i shit you not, and not only that, they follow it up with Cooler getting blasted into the sun and having a revelation of why he lost while "Revelation by American Pearl" was playing, that shit made me love the film to this day and i will forever love it, though i completley understand the criticisms that it has

Nah, battle of gods is mid tier. To me, battle of gods started the inconsistencies that sparked all over super. Aka BS statements of strength like the vegito statement, beerus percentage statement, etc. I really didn't enjoy the fights in that movie. The dbs art style isn't very appealing either to me and as for overall story of that movie it was a 6 outta 10 at best. I kinda found it very weird how the legend of the super saiyan was passed down and known amongst the saiyans but somehow a legend of a super saiyan God wasn't? Also i just don't like beerus. If it was just whis I wouldn't even complain really.

Gogeta being a favorite part is incredibly common, but my reason is that Gogeta is exemplary of a fusion. Power boost, win the fight, end film. No pacing issue, monologue, and probably the best example of illustrating speed. Still not, convinced? Name another fusion that effectively won a fight.

Hitler has more screen time in this movie than Freeza does... Think about it ;p if this movie ignored all this shit on earth it would be much better imo.

DBS Super Hero for me is genuinely the best Dragon Ball movie ever. It's the funniest, has the most compelling side characters, cool action scenes, AMAZING score and the 3D look is pretty great in my eyes. The Red Ribbon coming back is developed in a natural way, it has nice side plots (The B plot is literally Goku vs Vegeta), you can name so many iconic shots from the movie (Every single frame of Beast Gohan is a painting) and the characters feel more dimensional and fleshed out. There is a great balance between fanservice and genuine new content. I might be downplaying Path to Power here, but I can't think of a movie that rivals DBS Super Hero very closely.

After the rewatch I really enjoyed how they did the dialogue between Goku and Vegeta. Even showing how defeated Vegeta was captivated me. I haven't seen him like that since he fought Frieza

Fusion reborn was the best movie imo maybe second to like broly that setting was perfect and the fights are perfect it’s literally all i ask of dragon ball

I think BoG looks better then Super Broly. Specifically the 3D sinked it lower then BoG for me.

To me, Fusion Reborn is the best DB movie. It’s almost a perfect alternate ending of the Buu saga. That ending with Goku and Vegeta still makes me tear up
