Pro tip for the newbies out there. Don’t put your battery on the ground when you remove it. It will drain your battery life. Set it on a surface that’s (preferably not metal) to keep the battery life long.

So, I have my TST installed, and it looks great. However, the main brake light doesn't light up at all. My old light doesn't either now, so I am still determining where to check to see why the brake light isn't lighting up. Blinkers work fine. Fuses? I checked the BRAKE fuse at the top left of the bike and saw nothing blown. Do I need to look at a different fuse? THANKS!

Most definitely a fuse. Unfortunately, we don’t have constant access to that bike at this time so your best bet would be to go through the fuses one-by-one until you lay the one that is blown. Once you source the blown fuse, check that circuit for any loose connections before replacing it.

Does that relay control front indicators also? Assume if they are incandescent it will mean front are messed up then?

One relay controls all signal lamps. Front, rear, left, right... all controlled by that one part. Whatever your signal combination is you can feel comfortable that our relay will fix your hyperflash.

Is this a must buy if you i bought the integrated smoked tail light for my zx6r 2019? Will it let me go through the tail light programs without it @tst

It is not a must buy. The light will still work but the signals will flash fast. The sequential signals will not complete their cycles if the flash rate is not slowed down though. For sequential signals to light up all the fields you have to have a certain cycle speed that allows enough time for each flash to go through the sequence.

I have a 2017 Kawasaki Z1000SX Ninja which i converted the OEM rear signal light to an R&G LED indicators, i noticed when the hazard is turned on flashing rate is nornal, its only during turning signal turned on does the light blink faster, will your relay correct this? Please send me as well a link on how to order, thank you

We do not have that model in our market for those years so it is tough to tell. We have seen this symptom on bikes in our market in the past and our relay did fix the problem. Now, I do not want to go on assumptions and tell you wrong because I would hate to sell you the wrong part. We will need to see some photos of the OEM relay on your bike and then we can cross reference it for you. You can send those photos to our support guys through tstindustries.com

Any idea where the flasher relay is on a Kawasaki ZH2 2020

I replied to this days ago on my phone but for some reason on the computer it still shows not responded to. Sorry, something must have gone wrong on this thread. I looked through parts fiche for the ZH2 and it looks like there is a frame fitting that the relay hangs on, and this fitting is screwed to one of the bosses on the front of the steering tube on the frame.

On some bikes with a certain electrical setup the first flash or two are faster than the set rate and then it settles down to the pre-set 85 cycles per minute, or whatever you adjusted it to.

Fast flashing will not harm your electrical system. However, fast flash may be confusing to someone on the road. If you use a signal lamp type that produces a sequential effect while lighting up the LEDs, the fast flash will not allow your signal lamp to complete it's sequence for the light up cycle

which part? the LED relay? of course it's legal. Integrated taillights? most likely not, most places have a minimum distance and illumination from the taillight, it's too close to the center, it's hard to see which side is flashing, and it's not bright enough.

How do you change blinking modes on it? On my mt09 it was with a push of a button but this one doesn’t seem to have that option🤔

On the flasher relay you can only speed up or slow down the cycle rate. The relay does not alter the pattern of the flash. What you are describing sounds like the programmable functions of the tail light itself. The only programming buttons that we provide for altering flash patterns of signals are onboard our programmable tail lights.
