Since Shizuma is from the Neo Frontier Space Timeline, it's safe to say that he came to Trigger's universe during the Tiga era. Because he didn't mentioned Ultraman Dyna or Super GUTS I assume that he might have traveled to the timeline before the events of Ultraman Tiga: The Final Odyssey. It should be noted that the movie took place 2 years after Tiga defeated Gatanothor. Also, for those who are wondering why his GUTS Wing 1 has a TPC logo on it, it's because he's a TPC Officer, not a GUTS member. Every GUTS Wings pilot by TPC officers always has the TPC logo on it so they wouldn't be confused if the jets were pilot by GUTS or TPC

i do believe he travel to Trigger universe during the events of Ultraman Tiga: The Final Odyssey as he mentioned that he knew about the appearances Giant Of Darkness and the other three. My theory is he followed TPC research team during the first scene of Final Odyssey.

It's one of the best episodes of Ultraman Trigger the pacing was nice, the fight scene was epic and awesome, the Circle Arm's finisher was sick and we even got the nostalgia from the appearance of Tiga from the music and the flashback I'm really hoping he will appear in Trigger

Getting to see Tiga again in Trigger and discover Tiga's connection in Trigger's world feels so satisfying. Getting to see Kengo and GUTS-SELECT found out about the origins of their Shizuma's GUTS technology and the existence of Ultraman Tiga from another earth, along with the soundtrack and Tiga's screentime at 8:37 makes my heart skip a beat. The way Shizuma mentions Tiga's name gives me goosebumps. Haaaaaaaaa. The connections are now crystal clear since episode 1. Now that they reveal Tiga and his connections to Trigger, I hope they can have him appear in a future episode or perhaps a movie. Predecessor and successor, side by side, learning about each other's experience. Now that would be a new item on my wishlist.

19:28 This is one of the good tributes for departing Ultra Mechas of defende teams. The best tribute was GUTS Eagle of Super GUTS in Ultraman Dyna OV: Return of Hanejiro (2001) GUTS Eagle got a minute-long departure and flying scenes with multiple angles with SUPER GUTS' theme songs. It was not that detailed even in the 1997 TV, I am sure the production crew seized this chance to create something that they did not do when filming the original TV, otherwise they will be regret. Up to today that scene is still the most nicely done Super Mecha scene of all Ultraman history.
