I've watched all three movies of the Grudge, Insidious, jeepers creepers and pretty much a lot of the classic horrors and a bunch of other modern horror films and can sleep just fine at night. But for some reason when Tsukasa is on screen, someone so cute and yet so unpredictable and violent disturbs me to no end.

The way that Tsukasa acts towards Amane, his brother, points towards the possibility of sexual abuse. And what with his violent personality and general disregard for the emotions of others, well, I can't ever forgive him or think of him as cute. He's just an abuser who twists facts around so that he makes you think it's what you want. And when you act out of turn, like Mitsuba did... well, that speaks for itself.

It is a possibility that he sexually abused him as it is a possibility that he only physically mistreated him. The marks on Hanako's body indicate that he was mistreated abused, also consider how Tsukasa behaves with Mitsuba. He likes to mistreat people both physically and psychologically. But physically maltreat someone does not mean that there should also be sexual abuse. If Tsukasa really liked to abuse sexually, wouldn't he do it with Mitsuba, for example? Obviously as I wrote to you initially, the possibility that he sexually abused him exists as well as the possibility that there was only physical mistreatment because Tsukasa is not normal and you have to consider every possibility.

There is a possibility of it just being physical and psychological abuse, and if he were a sexual abuser, it would be common for him to do it to other people, and not just to Hanako. I do have the belief that some of the abuse was sexual, as the opening in the Anime points heavily towards that (what with the double of Hanako reaching for certain areas and biting his ear), but I am also open to other perspectives. You make a lot of valid points, especially on Tsukasa's mental state and opinions, and I'll try to consider other possibilities in the future!

Let me explain, Tsukasa bites Hanako's ear because that can be the beginning of a set of physical mistreatment, if you bite a person's ear with a certain strength, you can cause him pain. Then I will tell you, it doesn't seem to me that Tsukasa is touching some parts of the body; it seems to me that he is trying to keep Hanako to himself because Hanako is trying to get rid from him, but without success. Think about the position in which Tsukasa is holding Mitsuba and you will see that he has some connection with what I am telling you now.
