If you look at the manga, Tsukasa does touch his lips. It's not clearly shown in the anime, because, well...there would be some lights goin up if it was blatantly shown. But it's shown in the manga, just need to look closely. - REASON - Reason it's not shown in the anime (IT IS IMPLIED), is because of the dangers it could have as a franchise. Aidalro wants it to be implied moreso, so that it keeps the mysterious vibe to the anime. In the manga, you'll learn more of the extent of Tsukasa's psychotic urges and mental instability. - This is really a very good anime/manga, and it really deserves more publicity. The depths of mystery, darkness, and drama lies in the abyss, where it has no end. It's truly amazing, as there's very wholesome moments, and then there's moments you want to say, "WTF. HOW. NO. PLS."

nah i seriously doubt it, i commented above so i'll just copy and paste: first of all it's not canon. i hate how all of you mindlessly spread this inaccurate theory without researching for yourself. you should know tsukasa has fangs right? rewatch the op, the shadow biting hanako has perfect straight teeth, meaning it's not tsukasa. throughout the entire show/manga tsukasa shows no violent tendencies towards hanako at all, sexual is just out of the question. if that's not enough, when nene was taken to the boundary tsukasa innocently asked sakura was a kiss tasted like, and he compared it to LEMONS. someone that innocent could not possibly be sexually abusive. he's just incredibly clingy, my sister constantly hugs and follows me around just as tsukaa does, does that make her abusive? no. hanako himself isn't uncomfortable around tsukasa, this is shown very clearly in the picture perfect arc (hanako was fine w tsukasa hugging him) he only shows his ptsd when tsukasa mentions how hanako killed him.

Tbh, i don't think it was anything sexual. It doesn't fit the whole anime's mood. I think all of this was more a way for Tsukasa to say : "Remember how happy we were together when we were alive? Remember how much we had? I love you so much. Remember how you then so heartlessly murdered me and took my life away? Do you Remember? Uh?" And Amane is just overwhelmed and terrified because Tsukasa is the embodiment of all his mistakes and everything he's guilty for.

If then for you the touch of Tsukasa in the manga is the same as it is shown in the anime, I don't know what to tell you.
