@cha0tic Momofuku Noodle Bar in NYC has a ramen bowl that is supposed to be really good: momofuku ramen - pork strap, pork shoulder, poached egg. That's the only one I've heard of.

yeah man, i can relate. how do you make the broth so it ends up creamy. pork bone(hone? pork fat(abuda)? vegetables(yasai)? my broth end up white but not thick.what do you use for aji?

Noodles are the best of the food there, I wasnt too impressed with the other things though, sushi etc...too expensive and not enough....The Wagyu was good but again its kidney donating time....

@tdo7125 Bullshit. I live in a city where I can find a Pho restaurant almost every block in a restaurant populated area.. I've eaten in many restaurants and I think it just is ok. The soup is nothing special at all if they know how to make it. It just tastes like regular soup. Maybe its nothing special as I drink real soup pretty much at least once a week. There are some differences in restaurants, but the most glaring difference is the quality meat for the meat one.

@Nocchidesu4 Ummmm. I'm pretty sure Pho is not American food, its asian food, specifically Vietnamese if you even know what that is. Pho is supposed to taste like pho, not american. So in other words, you have absolutely no fucking idea about real soup. We asians drink real soup all the time. If the pho soup is not real, its crap. And a lot of pho shops use fake soup, which is the reason why I do not like pho. If its real soup, then its fine.
