I tried your characters; Most of their AI are REALLY hard! I love your work, but I think you need to tone them down a bit. Review: Neptune and Pluto were normal, they were good and used specials as like a normal character would. However, ALL of the inner senshi were hard in AI; Sailor Moon kept Tiara throwing, Mercury used too much bubbles, Mars after summoning two talisman papers kept dashing and attacking nonstop, Jupiter used Flower Hurricane and used multiple of thunder which stop me performing my specials and Venus used a heart barrier and kept slamming at me. Conclusion: They kept busting Special attacks non stop! Im surprised the outer senshi you created by hand were better than those official arcade sprite's AI! I think you should tone down their special attacks abit and make more adjustments~ Thanks~ By the mean time, i'll use other SM mugen characters as some of them are forgiving in play style. :)

All past versions are now private for security issues and the currently available one is the Sailor Moon with only Season 1 moves. I am not sure "silver crystal" refers to which move. Assuming it is "Moon Sparkling Temptation", I believe it's "Down, Front, Down, Front, C where C may not necessarily be the button C on your keyboard. It may be D (player 1's default) or other key. You may refer to the control settings within the game.
