Tsunade is strong but keep in mind she hasnt fought for over 20years, shes super rusty when it comes down to a real fight, also her fear of blood, but im excited the next episodes are gonna be crazy, also youre like the first channel that noticed when they showed the moment where she got her fear of blood from, smart u 2 :)

Tbh I never once thought that Tsunade can actually heal Orochimaru's hands anyways... If his hands were damaged by some natural cause or inflicted then Medical Ninjutsu could save it, but sealed by the Reaper Death Seal utilized by the sacrifice of the Third Hokage? No shot

Yeah what surprised me is that Orochimaru thought that medical ninjutsu could help. I think that was a mistake of Kishimoto, because I don't think that Orochimaru didn't know that.
