Tsurumi Online Training: Floatation

Which model was used for demonstration in the video? Can you also please advise the various air flow rate of these devices model wise. Thanks for the great presentation

A modified 50TRN42.2 was used, which is a submersible aerator with 50mm air inlet, 4-pole motor and 2.2 kW motor power. Modified means in this case that it is the standard 50Hz model with complete hydraulics from the 60Hz version. Regarding the air flow: This was not measured, which is why I can only calculate and estimate here (all data under comparable standard conditions at 2m installation depth). 100% open air supply = approx. 40-45 Nm3/h ambient air 50% closed air supply = approx. 20 Nm3/h 85% closed air supply = 6-7 Nm3/h Hope that answers the questions sufficiently accurately. can it be used as anaerobic agiation if the air inlet is fully closed ?

Unfortunately, no. It is not possible to operate our TRNs with a fully closed air line. A pure mixer would be more appropriate here, but this is not in our product portfolio.
