TSW News Cathcart Free Upgrade and pay DLC Scotrail Class 380 Coming Soon

The Desiro Class 380 is coming to TSW as a paid DLC on July 11th. Earlier there will be a free update to Cathcart Circle to make it ready for both the paid 380 from DTG and the later paid 158 from Skyhook classes.

Just picked up the Brighton mainline on the Xbox sale and have to say it's slowly becoming my favourite. SEHS only beats it by having more varied motive power. Keen on Cathcart though.

Stylish? Lol 😂 I am interested to see how this is implemented. Cathcart was fun back in the day, but it got a bit boring and the traction we had felt really held back by the speed limits and close together stations. I would think the 72 stock would make a better choice but of coursethats not real life. I'm going to see if the remaster appeals to me before commiting to the 380

It's one of those things, I kinda like a stressful commuter schedule with close stations so I like Cathcart. That and I like to speedrun Glasgow to Glasgow. It'll be interesting if the 380 can do it quicker. The 314 can go 3 X the speed limit and do the whole loop in less than 20 minutes

Yeah nice new timetable but 2 dlc needed to make it better ....nah i pass not that interesting of a route anyhow. Good breakdown though

That's the whole point of layers and how the system works. Dtg can't create all the trains at once. Some will have to come as dlc
