Thank you so much, surely the best tutorial video about Germany trains (despite I'm French), in particular about the setup for Flixtrain Vectron, PZB/LZB, and... AFB! Liked, obviously, and you've won a new subscriber! 👍👌

Thanks for showing how to turn on afb. Different location compared to other BR 193.

yeah they are all different as the different operators can configure the train differently from a myriad of available options

Amazing vids as always. Is it just me or are there 6 services for the flix?
@trainsimulatordriver3 ай бұрын
Yes, only six at this point. I expect it will add layers into other routes. This is realistic for how many trains they run per day I'm told.

@@trainsimulatordriver Oh I see OK. I had no idea that those were the only routes. Thank you very much for your content by the way. Extremely educational. You taught me about all the safety systems properly. I’m still a little baffled at times why my train shuts down even though I’m going 45 at times. Especially coming into stations I have issues around 1.5 km left. Is it because the safety system feels like I’m coming in a little bit too quickly? Thanks so much
@trainsimulatordriver3 ай бұрын
@@midisong That can happen yes, if the train thinks you are speeding it will stop you. When you get a 1000hz magnet for example you've got about 45 seconds to get below the speed it gives you (usually 85km/h) if the train things you won't make it then it will stop. If you are coming up to a red and there is a 500hz magnet in play then you need to stay under 25km/h when you get close to it or it will stop you. PZB is a complex topic that I could spend hours on. If you want to go very in depth then watch Matt's signalling and PZB tutorial kzbin.info/www/bejne/iKqbd6iLpc13nbc

Hi, I need your help again. I followed this tutorial and set off on a scenario driving a Flixtrain to Frankfurt with safety systems on, as I approached my destination I got a 1000hz alarm, i tried pressing the o button on my controller to no avail and so came to a stop. My question is how do I cancel the alarm on PS5 and how do I restart the train. It would be great if you could do a short tutorial video on it. Thanks.
@trainsimulatordriverАй бұрын
I don't have a PS5 so I can't really do that. You need to acknowledge the 1000Hz within a few seconds AND come down to below the indicated speed on the alert very quickly. You acknowledge with Circle. To silence and reset the alarm after stopping you use Operation Shift on your controller to access PZB Release. PZB Release is DPad right. If I remember right clicking right stick takes your controller into Operations Shift. I could make a video on Xbox which is a slightly different controller but the same principle if that helps.

There are a few bits of LZB on Frankfurt Fulda in fact, so it’s well worth having it on. You can do up to 200 kmh on this route.

I don't think you need to change the headlight setting on the back wall. Just check the headlight setting on the right screen. Right? As for the light intensity, in the daytime, using "signal lights" is enough. There is no need to use "high beams". As for the AFB speed setting, Vectron will reduce the throttle by 5 or more kph in advance. But in general, putting the speed control liver lower than the speed restriction is correct.
@trainsimulatordriver4 ай бұрын
@@陳璿旭 with the headlights generally with any setting in a train, you take positive control so you set an actual setting and don't depend on auto. The default setting for the headlights is auto. While it may work most of the time, it's not positive control
