TT 2019 First practice session - Crosby Straight

So after a delay last night due to bad weather, the first practice session of TT 2019 in the Isle of Man got underway this afternoon. We managed to capture some of the action from our front lawn, here on the Crosby Straight

What speed are they doing when they come past your place?

DAZ The Superstock reaches speeds of around 280 - 300 km/h. The Superbikes can do 300 km/h and more. Norton goes 330 km/h.

DAZ the top guys are going past our lawn at around 180MPH on race days, but of course depends on the bike and the rider

I know that the TT has been a fixture on the Isle of Man for many decades and the inhabitants must be aware of the dates that it runs,but has anyone ever forgotten and driven their car out of their driveway? especially during practice where there doesn't appear to be many marshalls about?.
