Well explained, many thanks, Hopefully bellow summary would help otherwise: - At completion date with current dates : Ignore previous (existing) variances in the Baseline. - Budgeted values with current dates : Ignore Schedule variance only in the Baseline so far. - Budgeted Values with planned dates : Consider previous (existing) variances CV &SV in the Baseline. Please comment back if his is no accurate.
