FLYING THE Boeing 777 (THE TRIPLE SEVEN)
On the 7th August 2023 me and my community were able to
fathom a way to get myself on a Boeing 777 MAN-IBZ
under the TUI Call Sign by2666 (Scheduled as a 788)
The 12th August 2023 was the day I traveled, but not without
panic as the flight had gone tech and was close to a cancellation due to
an engine part that needed fitting from gatwick.
Ever since 2019 Oct, I have had dreams after dreams of flying on the 777. Suppose dreams
do come true if you chase them for long enough
This video wouldn't have been
possible without the help from CM487 and Paul C (Up in ATC)

apparent with the making of this video!

Sam, I have watched hundreds of online flight trip reports, but your triple-screen take-off here is by far the best I have ever seen anywhere. Awesome! On-screen dialogue is getting better every time - keep that going as it adds a lot. Just the right overall length of video and balance of different shots, and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. By far and away your best-ever video and I know you will just keep getting better.

Probably my favourite Aircraft went on one from Singapore to Perth back in 2002 lovely Aircraft especially the 2 seats at the back. Although turbulence leaving Singapore wasn’t for the nervous flyers. Nlast big Aircraft I went on was Air Tanker A330 to Rhodes in 2017. Much more comfortable than the 737 800.

Oh it is very smooth, same generation as the A330 and feels alike, just a bit more premium of an airframe than the a330 I think. (Thats my opinion though) Thanks for the comment Marc!

I was on this plane on 9th August, RHO-MAN. Although the interior is old it is incredibly spacious and laid out in a generous 333 configuration. If it was updated it would be 343 space saving seat configuration. Best thing about this plane is its current spacious interior which trumps the older style by a long shot. I'd fly this older 333 configuration over a newer 343 configuration any day.

Great report as always sir👍yeah the 777 is a great aircraft, but I do find them noisy especially towards the rear, having experienced 12 hours on one of these it does get a tad annoying after a while. Where as my recent TUI 787 flight the Dreamliner is far quieter and smoother then any other aircraft I have flown on.

I think it has more of a soul than the 787 Dreamliner. I only really fly on aircrafts for the aviation part, not comfort, explains by biased towards older jets; Still love the 787 Though, how can't you! Much Apperceive the comment Dreamweaver787! ✈🛩

I was on the next rotation if this plane, from Rhodes to Manchester, didn’t take off until 4 hours late, arrived in Manchester in the early hours

Yes it was delayed due to an engine issue. They had to fly a part up from London Gatwick on the morning of the 12th, that explains the delay we had!

!!!BIG NEWS!!! Monarch airlines has unveiled a new a320 livery presumably the plane they will return with Monarch airlines collapsed in 2017 and 6 years later is returning to service in the coming years

This particular aircraft is Ex-Singapore Airlines. That's why it's legroom is quite spacious and the cabin still in pristine condition
