Following the guy, harassing him, gesturing at him and then he complains he "swerved" at him when it's clear as day in the video that the trucks tires were pointing straight and he never served. If I was the police and had that video the charges would be on the rider.

First clip reminds me of a video with a couple verbally harassing their neighbor then he brings a gun from his house and murders them in cold blood. The woman even dared him to shoot. I mean, i wouldn't do that in Europe where it's rare for people to own guns, except, you know, mafia etc. You didn't get hurt at the red light, why push your luck? What are the chances you are dealing with a psychopath? But as far as we know the biker seems to be the psycho in this situation.
