Seeing this cars barricade threw me in tears of happiness! All those good heart ppl protecting the biker on the ground without even knowing what happen! If this in my country, ppl would talk garbage for instance: how the biker were speeding or been reckless. Riders here are always to blame, blindly, ppl always judge bikers! God bless all of these ppl who stopped, protected and helped the guy!! My endless respect, u made me cry! Kindness is a rare treasure.

NEVER sit or slow roll up on a semi truck. This should be basic 101 riding and driving. You are small and they are big and have huge blind spots. The tires can blow out and those rubber chunks are heavy enough to kill someone. There are all kinds of hazards associated with semi trucks so remember if you are going to pass, pass quickly and if you are caught next to one, back off until you get space to pass.

9:15 I remember when my dad taught me to ride. He had me facing the white picket fence on a Yamaha IT125G. Told me when you feel the bike start to move you let the clutch out and give it gas. The bike juttered a couple inches so I popped the clutch, straight into the fence board. Dad acknowledged his mistake that I should have been facing down the driveway. I never had that problem again.

The guy passing the Tractor Trailer at 4:47 was hanging in the truck's blind spot far too long. The truck driver had no way to see him before he made the lane change. When you are passing a large truck, pass the truck quickly, don't leasurly cruise along beside it taking your time to overtake it. 16:20 the rider is trying to steer instead of countersteer.

Expat in the Philippines. Seeing people get so upset for such minor traffic infractions is eye opening. Just got my first bike, CB650R and just clocked in 500 miles on her. Have had a fair few issues of cars cutting me off or people not looking while pulling into an intersection. Little rev of the engine to get their attention followed by a thumbs down or shaking of the head is plenty. No need to punch mirrors, fight or name call.

5:43 I have to point this out because it seems like not everyone knows this. These big semis have zero visibility. Head checks do not cover their blind spots. I’ve been in a semi so I can say from personal experience that the semi driver wouldn’t have been able to see the Motorbike even with a head check. If you cannot see the driver in the mirror the driver cannot see you even with a head check. Head checks and shoulder check rely on the back window visibility which semis do not have. Don’t be angry with these semi drivers because they really are trying to prevent these things. Recognize when you are in a semis blind spot and get out of there ASAP because not even proper head checks can save you from it.

Another blurred out video. How are the young generation going to learn that real life happens when we make mistakes. As riders, responsible riding needs to be taken into consideration and car drivers need to do better. without the reality the younger generations are going to have no respect for reality. Absolutely love the comradery of all the motorists in the clip 3:00 and just shows how drivers have notice bikers are so much more venerable and how they put their vehicles up as a barrier, mad respect for all in the first clip.

Wrong timecode, but clutchless upshifts without a shifter are usually OK as long as you cut the throttle when shifting ^^

@@jasoncarthew2279 It should be ok, Honda gearboxes are usually good. Just load the lever a little up, cut the throttle and push the lever hup, then put some throttle back on, but remember to do that near the redline, the lower your RPMs are, the worse it'll perform.

An asshole cut me off in Chicago, I cussed him out, turned out to be an off-duty Chicago cop having a bad day. Next thing I know, he’s chasing me, cuts me off, I’ve low sided and I’m looking down the barrel of a revolver. Took me to the precinct in handcuffs, was later taken out of a jail cell to the chiefs office, who apologized to me, and as I was being released, the same cop that cut me off said if I reported him to the office of professional standards, he’d come to my residence and shoot me dead, claiming self-defense. True story. Glad I no longer live in that shit hole called Shitcago.

Things all bikers need to remember... 1) You will ALWAYS get the worst end of the stick in EVERY accident with another vehicle. Which leads to the following points. 2) Never drive as though you have the right of way even when you do. IE be prepared to yield at all times. 3) Blind spots on vehicles (especially big trucks) learn them, fear them and stay the hell out of them at all costs. 4) Dress for the terrain, not the ride. The wind may feel good on your face and skin, the asphalt not so much. 5) Finally ALWAYS assume that the other drivers DO NOT SEE YOU... ie ride like you're invisible.
