My only Question To You Is #Why_ Prestige Did Not Offer 2 year Plastic Parts Replacement Guarantee For Coupler and Jar Lid And For Bush and Shaft etc Like Preethi and Vidiem Brand Also Provide Free Life Time Service #So_Called_Brand Brand did Not Make By only promotion but also By providing Good Service 😅

The juicer jar is a big mess. The stopper doesn't do the job. unlike the preethi zodiac where the juicer jar has good stopper with proper locking with silicone kind of washer, this juicer jar has a stopper which is just plastic. When you run the machine it plugs out. The whole kitchen is a big mess. Then, the juicer jar appears to be big in size, actually when you use it, the pusher takes most of the space and there is not enough space for actual grinding. It does not grind properly, even for a pulp like banana or chikku. Next, the outlet pipe, when the outlet dispenses the juice, it splashes right into the air vent. This is my experience in just two times of usage. The juicer jar and its accessories are such a flawed design.

This product is absolute garbage. The blade snapped the very first time I used it, which is unacceptable. When I tried to blend dosa batter, it couldn’t even manage that simple task-the result was far from a proper paste. On top of that, the noise it makes is like drilling into a wall. This is a complete waste of money and a total scam. The brand’s reputation fooled me into buying it, but it’s not worth a penny. Avoid this product at all costs. I want the head of the brand to contact me ASAP. I bought this product in India and brought it to the UK, and now I can't even return it. I need a resolution to this issue immediately. I would also like to know the purpose of this product since it fails to perform its basic functions.
