If an accused has 3 unheard matters and is out on bail, that suggests a failure to try and complete cases in a timely fashion.

Too much talk and no action. This includes the from the top to the bottom. Just paint a picture and forget the about it until it happens again. We don't need to hear the same story over and over. Where are the think tanks of the police service. So much BS over and over, just fed up of hearing you all bla bla bla.
