Yeah my bad😁 . Although it is surprising how strong the solder is. I did a few little tests with it and it wouldn't come off.

Thanks Scott. I thought about sending it back for a refund and ordering the right one. But i couldnt be bothered waiting. Cable only cost $14.95AU so i was willing to have a crack at making it work.

I have the exact same bloody problem mate I might try and file the ball down in stead of cutting it off and soldering a ball on hope it works well
