WHEN not to trade is when you dont have idea of daily direction and market is choppy YOUR trade is invalid when structure shifts and your BE or SL gets hit and ONLY time will tell how many setups you were able to get in entire week. To call it good or bad... don't you agree :)

​@@ganxta0 Hope You are having a Greta day. well, i don't agree at all. 1. You just said HOW that video could be (showing examples in the chart that invalid bias; just like chopy days or others) 2. You can anticipate if a week is more probable to look for bullish or bearish days. Just like daily bias But weekly bias. In my experience there are a lot of videos that show you something, But not much videos that shows You when to do NOTHING with examples in the chart for visual understanding.

When not to trade is on news events that would effect intraday trading but would not too much effect swing trading

1. lack of PDA's on the 5m is generally a good consensus when not to trade or if price is uncertain on which direction it wants to go. 2. this depends on your rules. if a valid set up becomes invalid, was it really valid to begin with? 3. red folder news typically means more volatile markets, but not guaranteed. no true way of determining good setup weeks. look at HTF PDA's as well 4. target liquidity areas, usually first tp close 40-50% of your trade. move sl when market made a new higher low where price wont return or price wont move below in a bullish example.

To preface: - took Chart Champions course for 7 months - took Photon Trading advanced Market Structure for 8 months - Then wasted 7 months of my life and money with DR Academy While CC provided basic understanding of things (equivalent to a HS basic education really), and Photon provided a master class in MS, I will say...
