I understand the importance of proper administration of Meds, but well stated for those that may not.

@ninob9425 Thank you. Some folks also believe that if you provide more than the required amount, it's better. I was a rookie once, too, and made mistakes. I hope others can learn from my mistakes.

I think the best way to measure dry ingredients is by weight. It's more exact. Does the label say how many grams per serving? That way clumps don't matter. But, as these are small measurements, there isn't too much error between spoons and weight. Great video as usual, REL. I appreciate your knowledge and willingness to share.

@GNGTipplers i can see what you are saying, but in medications and supplements, I believe this is the best way for everyone.
