I really want to work with the “T-Gauge” scale, because when it comes to that size, I can create so much with a model city and it’s trains! I also plan on buying a 3D printer so I can create my own custom made model of Springfield from “The Simpsons”.

Wow, I always thought Z scale was the smallest, this is crazy awesome!
@Sohave10 жыл бұрын
Z was the smallest commercial scale for many years. The dying ZZ scale was also smaller than Z yet bigger than T. Since it was more sort of a toy train with battery power and little control it never became as popular with modelrailoroaders as Z scale nor as its succesor T scale.

What ever happened to Z scale which was said to be the smallest at one point? I guess I have to look this stuff up. It's cool though.
@OpenbaarVervoer2D2 жыл бұрын
Z scale was invented in the 70's, so already half a century old, so it was time they came up with something new. Next, Planck scale locomotives.

What company makes these?
@Eternal_Zundamochi9 ай бұрын
In the past, a Japanese manufacturer called "Eishindo" made these gauges, but they are no longer producing T-gauges. The company sold its sales rights and other products to a Hong Kong manufacturer and temporarily disappeared from the Japanese market, but sales continued outside Japan, where the response was good, and it has been available again in Japan since 2019 from distributors and other sources. New T-gauges are being sold with new PWM-driven power supplies and new technology for even smoother operation.
