This video demonstrates the first few minutes of Hero Mode and how much I am willing to change of the game! Some NPCs will update depending on the story or what they have to offer! I want the game to feel way more interactive than the base game, and I'm willing to go lengths for the feeling! Also, that X-Naut that is glitching out is Justin, for sure.

I LOVE the changes done to the tutorial fight. First of all, Goombella fighting with you because of course she's gonna have the guts to help fight, Lord Crump getting a new makeover and the X-Nauts having the typical goon look that they should have for how weak they are. Also Luigi is relevant, holy shit????????????????? Based mod.

i’m not sure where the story is right now but i think it would be cool if bowser gets a crystal star and gets to be a chapter boss… regardless i’m glad bowser seems to be more threatening in this mod :)

Even though I already knew of this mod from Bringle's channel, it brings me so much joy to see the Super Paper Mario text boxes. If any Super Paper Mario characters come back, even if just as cheeky cameos, I think I can die happy. (Where is my boy Mr. L IT'S BEEN 17 YEARS SOMEONE BRING HIM BACK) ((you do you though, im just hamming it up because I love spm so much lol. I'm happy so long as you're happy making this hack reality :D)) Regardless, I am so astounded seeing the progress you've made on this hack!!! it's so cool!! I've never played TTYD for myself, and especially don't know the gamer strats, but I might have to learn both purely to play this, lol. I'm cheering you on!!!!

I really like what youve been doing to change what was shown off in the last demo, Im really excited for the next update! My only criticism/question is why not just have the first save block tell you everything once you get off the boat? It seems a little weird to ask if you wanna save but not just use the save block thats right next to you.

There's a reason for all of that, I'm trying to make the bandit quick time ever matter, instead of messing it up, loading the save in the last room, and just spamming it till you get it.

Man, I gotta say that everything is an absolute masterpiece, I want to play the og on a GameCube and then play this on that GameCube when all this comes together in a final demo update. The cutscenes were great, the NPCs are gorgeous (especially Lord Crump), and the fact that the X-Naut is named Justin is freaking hilarious. Cannot stand having to wait any longer to play this game. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND TAKE YOUR TIME, I will for once wait!

You put a great amount of work into this! I imagine changing the coding of the game isn't so easy as the game isn't even decompiled yet.

Played hero mode and damn it was amazing, enjoyed it start to finish, the story, item and gameplay changes kept me hooked. Looking forward to the day this masterpiece is finished.

The demo currently stops before entering the Blimp to Chapter 3. So you can play up to that point.
