I’ve had that happen before, it’s because your video got views in the thousands, KZbin automatically puts an ad on a person’s video without permission if it means they can get a few bucks out of it

I had a livestream of mine a while ago get flooded with like 20 ads when I didn’t even do that but after that video stopped gaining views the ads disappeared

KZbin started bundling more than 2 ads at once, yesterday I got 6 in a row, today it was a 27 seconds ad on this video, youtube is nuts. In addition to adding ads automatically there is also automatically adding video chapters and also the un-removable ads on the start and ending of a video.

Way easier method is leaving the lower sprites and jumping onto those then using the hammer to get the higher one.

If the other blocks are still there you can jump to those and throw bobbery as well. In the OG you couldn’t hammer these blocks from the top so spin hammer worked

Spin hammer still works, but you have to be close to the edge of the block so your initial hammer before charging only hits the air

I tried this, but I failed thinking it was impossible. Cool to know it isn’t! I like how TTYD’s puzzle design often encourages different interpretations as certain puzzles have multiple solutions! Modern Paper Mario doesn’t have this type of design and I think that that is an element not talked about enough when discussing what is missing the newer Paper Mario games.

When I accidently hit the lower blocks first, I remember I hit a save block before hoing in the sewers and just quit and reloaded the game

you can also go on the lower blocks and hammer it from far away. it barely reaches but you gotta be careful not to hammer the block you are standing on.

the way i got it was to just jump on one of the other shine sprite boxes and use bobbery at least i think i did that. maybe you could use koops there or jump on the box yourself from there. dunno

@@skittlecrows Yeah, it definitely would, but it does also need you to actually think of that, when most people would probably go "oh look 3 shine sprites!" and grab the easy ones first

You can just hammer. Jump on another Shine Sprite and the hammer just reaches the higher one. I show that off in the lets play. The part is not edited yet but the hammer does reach.

I tired doing this but couldn’t do it so I waited until I got the spring jump but in my second play through I jumped on the one on the left and hammer the one in the middle and just spin jumped on the one I was on and hit the other with a jump

Alright so there's a way to get it early still after all. Sucks they made it so you can move while falling because I was always able to easily get that shine while riding Yoshi in the original.

@yoshiwoollyworld When you fall down a platform while on Yoshi (NOT FLUTTERING) you drop straight down

@yoshiwoollyworld No when you are falling off a platform, you drop straight down while being unable to move while falling unlike in the original. I am not talking about flutter jumping

I managed to do this in several attempts. Now I wonder, though: Is this possible on GCN, or is the Shine Sprite closer to the moving platform on Switch than it was before?
