When you live for 26 years near the airfield, where they takeoff sometimes with tu-160 and tu-22 (this bitch extra loud, 1 week ago it takeoff and fly by in 100 meters, fucking earrape, cant even hear my wife on passenger seat), its sometimes annoying. You have 1-2 days of weekend, and they're staritng to warm up their engines, and whole city waking up.

This sort sound would serve as a 3 day heads up for your enemy to gather their artillery and infantry and mobilize somewhere else, and still have time for a cook out.

They're strapping the thing with long range cruise missiles with 1000 mi effective ranges. The sound signature doesn't matter because they'll be inside their own air-defense envelope when they loose their payload. Dropping bombs in contested airspace are for fighter-bombers like the su-34.

The thing I love about turboprops is the sounds that the props make. The chafe cutter sound in ground idle and taxiing, and the low pitched drone. The single props make that low pitched drone inflight at quadruple digit RPM. But the double contra rotating props sound more like a jigsaw.

Как человек живший в Горловке до 2016 могу сказывать зачем. Некогда моя страна объявила нас террористами и начала АТО грозясь после устроить чистки, фильтрацию местного населения. Россия правильно сделала что вмешалась, этот беспредел, живой полигон что устроили пришедшие к власти бандиты кто-то должен был остановить… Порошенко сказал что наши дети будут сидеть в подвалах а их пойдут в школу, теперь их дети боятся ракет и снарядов как я тогда когда мне было на начало войны 15 лет, хотя я тоже украинец, но моя некогда страна считает меня террористов, боевиком, хотя я и оружие не держал... Правда за Россией, а тебе стыдно должно быть. Ничего просто так не бывает! Этот самолёт и гул лопастей нечто иное как кара божья за грехи Украины!
