Some trivia - Raja Mehdi Ali Khan and Madan Mohan had a great chemistry, something like Gulzar and R D Burman. Raja Mehdi sahaab was a traditional lyricist and had a strong Urdu influence. He always used the word आप, never तू or तुम! Aap ki nazron ne samjha, aap ke pehlu me aakar etc. This was a rare occasion where he used the word तू . Surprisingly it became a big hit! As usual excellent rendition Rahul, your tribute to Saraswati Aai is always special, your heart drives your vocal chords for her numbers! Will remain a memory to cherish watching you record this at Bangalore. A big shout to the highly accomplished musicians - Ojas, Bapi da, Aditya, Atul and Prabhakar!
