Coincidentally I just made a dozen samples of each color I have to offer. I handed them out to potential customers and the following day got 3 calls and acquired 2 contracts.

Good job! Remember if you offer a first time discount, make sure it's not too big. A guy I trained offered free "tryout" for the first job so the customer could see how it goes and they called him back a year later for work. That property doesn't get many move outs.

What spray tip sizes are used ? 1.3 ? or 1.8

Actually the gun I'm using right now has a 1.4mm tip

Do you use paint stripper on fiberglass tubs that are pealing/chipping to remove old finish?

I do not. My paint stripper would probably melt the fiberglass. Usually if walk into a fiberglass tub that's peeling from a bad job I will charge extra for the hours of sanding that'll be done.
