interesting comparison. Bass response seems to show the most significant difference especially with the higher gain settings, the spectrum analyser is not so necessary, the difference can be heard. How that 'feels' when played is harder to judge. whichever makes the guitar feel 'sparkier' would be my preference. i actually play analogue synth as my main instrument, so the wider the frequency response the better for me (and no distortion!) was impressed with the generally flat response across the spectrum. With a guitar i don't like an extended response on the bass end, because it can sound 'thumpy' as the treble fades away. Guess there is a lot of personal preference involved in amp choices. Always important to use your ears, the proof of the pudding is in the eating (as my mother used to say)
