Tube sounds better than tape.more clean and shiny.Tape is a bit warm and soft

Came from reddit, would work so much better for a drum buss, or any kinda buss, I don't think for a full mix, just a thought, it's aggressive!

He's just showing it off to some extremes. It could be used much gentler! Also has the mix knob so it could def be used much more conservatively!

@@onairmastering apart from the obvious which is that lowering the drive would result in more subtlety, the mix parameter means any amount of aggressiveness can be be mixed down to 1%, so.. it's completely suitable for anything.
