Loved how you began and ended. yours are so Masterfully done!! I Gave it a try a couple times but didn’t knot anything bc I was practicing noob. So late to the party. Thank you, You gave me a guide to follow where to add a half hitch. Instead of wondering where or being inconsistent. Thank you

I love this bracelet and mine turned out beautifully, but it came out too large. I took one end apart to alter it and made a mess of it! I discovered that if I put a small wooden cocktail skewer through the first component, it was much easier to progress to a “holdable” stage.

I love this bracelet and how you show how to make it. I'm new to all this and wish it showed which beads you are talking about putting on the needle. I will have to go back to the beginning to see which beads you mean. I know part of the reason for not showing them is so the camera is closer to the stringing. Would you bring them closer in future videos? Thanks again for showing how you made this intricate bracelet and for your knowledgeable skill.

I do show my materials in my videos. This video was about technique and materials needed to achieve the goal of stringing a necklace. It was not about the pattern of the necklace, this is why there is not a list of materials or a segment dedicated to the beads used. That was not the intent of this video.

Oh Gina this bracelet is gorgeous! I love how you did the ends as well. Thank you very much! I have a question. I couldn’t find the jewelry you made from the March bargain bead box(pouch) could you please send me a link to it? I’d really appreciate it. I’ve been away bc of my lung trouble. I was diagnosed on top of my asthma and COPD Now I have Bronchiectasis and fibrosis of the lungs. After I see the specialist in November I’ll be on oxygen. I hope it helps the oxygen to my organs. But at least I know now why My left kidney, bladder and heart are not working properly now. The not knowing is worse. I’m happy you’re feeling better too. Looking forward to seeing your next videos. 💝🥰🤗

“Wingspan” depends one’s height. Usually a wingspan equals body height in feet/inches. (That is if, your body is properly proportionate.) It may be easier for some to realize that the amount of thread needed with wingspan may be approx at least 5 - 6’ in length. For me it’s closer to 6’, but I imagine that’s overkill in length actually needed for a bracelet. I have yet to try your technical ones thus far, but that amount of thread might drive me crazy keeping in untangled, lol. 😅 I like your thorough direction. You do really nice work. 😊
@GGCBeginningbeaders
@GGCBeginningbeaders Жыл бұрын
Yes, I realize that wingspan can vary with the size of the persons body, it doesn’t have to be exact it is a basic and standard starting length. In a project where it is too much you can cut it off. However, most projects you will need to extend or tie on more thread. If you feel that a wingspan is too much start with and that length will drive you mad, then start with a shorter length and learn to extend your Fireline or Nanofil To continue your project when you run out. If you are using another type of thread, then learn to tie on. I have video you can watch here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fqrGfp2ni8R3ea8 this video will teach you how to do both procedures.

This is really beautiful and much easier than one would imagine based on the complex appearance of this bracelet! When do you choose Nanofill over and Fireline and how do you decide which size to use? I bought 6 lb. Nanofill, used it one time, and my bracelet broke!
@GGCBeginningbeaders
@GGCBeginningbeaders 2 жыл бұрын
First, use 10 lb Nanofil., 6lb in Nano is too small. Nanofil is smaller in diameter than Fireline, but still very strong. so, I use it when I am going to make many passes through small beads. I use it most of the time. If I am using bigger hole beads, or very heavy beads or want the smoke color, I use Fireline.
