Saw him 6 times live, 2 times on the Discovery Tour in 84 (Hamburg & Kiel) Played the whole album. A lot of the music was coming from the Fairlights however. I have the Farlight only parts on CD here.

I'm a singer and songwriter myself and a huge fan of Mike Oldfield. Barry Palmer is absolutely the best singer that has ever sung with Mike Oldfield! Not only Barry's very good voice, but vocally he fitted so well to the sound, harmony and musical style of Mike Oldfield. Just perfect. I don't understand why Mike Oldfield didn't continue making songs with Barry. Barry is the best.

Sin palabras, como cuando os estaba viendo en el concierto. Increible dificultad conseguir el mix perfecto en escena de todos los instrumentos, Barry estaba muy cómodo con vosotros, Rubén emulando el tono de guitarra de Oldfield a la perfección, el bajo con la importancia que siempre tiene en el hilo conductor de todos los temas de Mike, todos los músicos entonadísimos, menudo nivel, esto es canela en rama. Con ganas de que saquéis el resto del concierto!
