Poch won't get sacked, but he only has year on his contract. I think Poch is going to demand extension or mutual termination. He will need to feel full backing and I wouldnt blame him not wanting to go in to next season without extension. So its not if chelsea will sack him, its whether they prefer extension to parting ways I think. I would offer him a 12-month extension without hesitation.

I'd keep ETH and give him one more season because he's proved it. Won a cup and finished 3rd in his first season. He only had a bad season cause of the massive injury records (which was also due to the many games played last season). ETH lost capable players in key positions for an entire season and the likes of Rashford lost form. I mean how could any football fan with a brain not figure that would affect the rhythm of play? I mean how was he going to implement his football philosophy with such a thin squad depth. And now, everyone is tipping Tuchel ahead of him regardless of the disaster of a season he too had, plus his past fallouts with his previous managers. First of all, there is no indication that Tuchel would be great at United, he failed at Bayern with talents that are far superior that United, he won't do well for United. Secondly, Fabrizio Romano himself said there is no concrete talk between United and Tuchel. Only Tuchel's representative who are making noise because they are trying to generate interest for Tuchel. Tuchel is similar to Mourinho, 2-3 year cycle and then falling apart and get sack, he has done it at many top teams, United don't need such a manager.

Tuchel is a great manager, he’s just behind the very best in Pep & Klopp. However he is very defensive minded and tends to fall out with players A LOT. I just don’t think he’s a good fit. I’d rather stick with Ten Haag or get a steady Eddie in Southgate that might stabilise the club and get us in the top 4 consistently before him going and trying to find the next Pep or Klopp to contend to win the league. We are miles away from winning anything other than a cup.
