Not quite "Man Utd can spend whay they want". Historically true but even Utd are shafted this summer under PSR unless they get some serious sales in and they don't have anyone people want to buy. It's basically a free hit for Man City this summer. Have all the money and no restrictions. Could sign 115 players if they wanted to.

Fee plus player swap deals is where you come to an arrangement to reduce ridiculous player sales approaching 100 million. To say big clubs can now pick off the best players of other clubs for reduced fees just because they are in a position to not worry too much about PSR/ffp is hugely damaging for teams outside the so called big 6. Media and premier League bias towards the bigger teams are ruining football.

Basically psr started the year after city bought the pl... they've been allowed to outspend and outgrown everyone else to the point, they can legitimately spend through things they win.
