Another great video! I rode that trail once, on my hardtail, lol. I should say, I walked an awful lot of it. My biggest mistake was thinking I was tougher than I am. I rode up the road from the bottom, then the hike a bike and then the trail. I was so tired I started making mistakes and got scared. Then I started walking it thru most of the trail. 6-1/2 hours round trip. Still, a fun day to be honest.

This trail is built for Mears. Randy rides really fast, but Mears was reeling him in on the turns in the flats. Carves turns like few others.

Thanks for the compliment Pete! I feel like you’re right.. some of the sections really suit me.. The thing about Randy is he can hold this pace for the entire trail.. Ride looser than you ever knew possible.. All all being the most respectable and chill person you’ll ever meet.. His generosity is truly contagious.. Pete hope to see you on the trail sometime!

I have two questions: 1) does Pete still get some laps; 2) can you do a special episode on how your van is designed, meal prep for a trip, and things you learned living in a van for a few days? Do you often stay with friends for a portion of the trip, etc?
@natehills93883 жыл бұрын
