I never thought Tudor had anything that appealed to me, but this is exactly my taste. This is classically tasteful. I love it.

Two things: 1. I would have preferred a 20 mm lug width because this would be great with all my nato straps. 2. I would love to see a comparison with this and the Oris Big Crown plain black dial box. They are both very similar. I love this watch

Holy damn, what a KILLER looking watch! I'd take this over any BB without hesitation.

A very handsome wristwatch. I actually prefer it to the original.

Great video Tim I really enjoy your videos. Watched both Ranger and BB41 love them both and thanks to your descriptions And video can’t make up my mind. Saw both these bad boys up close and personal and so glad they finally Emerged out of the shadows of their parent Rolex. Wish sometime down the line they would try a more contemporary Style, not necessary retro inspired.

Ok Tim Pulled the trigger..The Ranger won out...nice fit..suit and casual. Thanks again

I agree on the Ranger. I bought one too and we made a great choice. Tudor also has an OEM nato strap in camo that is fantastic. I get asked about it every time. The quality is off the charts. This will make you proud: kzbin.info/www/bejne/o3K7gKawit95oK8

A great Tudor.

With both the Ranger and North Flag gone, Tudor needs a new field watch.

I’m sorry, the end links on this just look ugly. This watch looks so much nicer on a strap.
@kyleleungrulez5 жыл бұрын
Why didn't they make the endlink solid.

They went for a more vintage look.

The gap between the watch and bracelet ruins an otherwise excellent bracelet and the aesthetics of the watch. Definitely prefer the leather strap.

Is this eta movement in the watch really dangerous to hand wind or is that another blown out of proportion Internet myth? It would rub me really wrong paying that much for a watch only to be worried about breaking my movement with a basic function.

Watch is not in your mentioned web address
@erickinghome1086 жыл бұрын
Is it inhouse movement?
@josefsladek70166 жыл бұрын
No, ETA 2824.
@PulledPurk6 жыл бұрын
Yup. Had no idea this existed.

Way over priced for a steel watch running a base ETA 2824 just so you can sport Tudor on your wrist.
@justinh12584 жыл бұрын
It’s a top grade ETA with modifications from Tudor, not a base grade..
@ThisIsDavesGarage4 жыл бұрын
It's not a base 2824. It's a top grade with Tudor modifications.
@james-r4 жыл бұрын
TheFinalApproach it’s a workhorse movement, but Tudor still way over overpriced it. My Christopher Ward C5 Mk1 has a ETA 2824-2 which is modified, and it cost £300 in 2013. You literally are only buying a logo with a lot of these ‘luxury watches’.
@5OclockSharp4 жыл бұрын
James R there’s more to a watch than a movement. When you compare my Breitling Colt to a Hamilton or a Tissot, of course the movement is basically the same, feels the same winding, but that’s where it ends. The finishing is nicer on the Breitling, the bracelet is much nicer, the dial has more detail, it’s just nicer. The movement is just one aspect of a watch.

Please. PLEASE. Shave or trim or comb your arm hair. Or get someone else to model it. Your arm hair is so distracting.
