Why are the foams not used to protect the skin on the back?

I had my tummy tuck with a little liposuction and hernia repair on February 28,2023 One thing I don’t like about the healing process is the faja using the bathroom is the worst. I have stop wearing all my foam pads and board at 7 weeks I just wear my faja for 16-8 hrs a day depending on how I feel.🙅🏾‍♀️and sleeping in it was the worst. But I love my results 👙I just ordered a waist trainer /waist band from Amazon for a short torso hopefully that will help with swelling and competition because I can’t stand that faja.

I thought you weren’t supposed to wear the boards to sleep in, from what I’ve read and seen online

@@AERIBERI12 I don’t even use borders to much and painful when I sit down. I used my borders like once or twice.i just wore my foam pads for the most part
