Best type of camping, fishing, crabbing, clamming, etc. Ian, I know you had to have did this in your earlier years. I as a Floridian, have done this anywhere from the middle of the Everglades to Indian river area to mosquito lagoon and so on. Your a brave man bringing the entire family, have to admit I've only done that ONCE! Most of the time was targeting something in the area with the boys. Great vid brother, still had fun though I see, good for ya.

This was an awesome video Tug Fam. What a great inexpensive family outing . I can remember heating up beans on the campfire and whittling the bark off a stick with my pocket knife to cook up hotdogs over the fire as a kid back in the late 70’s and early 80’s. We used to camp in Sequoia and Kings Canyon Parks. Great memories. Thanks for sharing. ✌️i miss those days.

Next time you're in that area go to haulover canal with some blue crab for big red and black drum i catch hundreds of drum every year. Or mullet in the canal and cath all kinds of fish.

Great video! I’d give a hint on campfire baked beans… Bring a solid pot! Chop garlic onions and jalapeños prior to leaving.Bring a big chunk of butter, sauté it all till semi soft then add the beans. Simmer till hot. unless you’re using one of the fancy cans of baked beans… I can give you the name, you have got to jazz them up !! 🤗

OF course we shared with the children as well clothed...We always brought our own fire wood and c camp stove to cook on...........Lots of fun.
