PCQ: Ok I have to say it,i really don't like how your not using the whole width of the pitch. Cause you could be winning so much more matches. I think the best thing you can do is loan out some of the strikers, sign some wingers and switch to a 4-3-3 formation with a CDM, a CM and a AM I the middle. And sign back the loaned out stickers and sell the other stickers who by then would have become old. (Like so Tyztir can see)😊

PCQ: sign Brobbey from Ajax 79 rated 86 potential so has room to grow and only 22 he has very good strength, pace and finishing stats. And sell Sasa Kalajdzic and maybe hwang hee chan to build up funds as they didnt really impress.

for CB i would sell Dawson and Bueno for example but you can sell other players and sign Branthwaite from Everton but if thats too unrealistic or to expensive you can also sign Murillo from nottingham or Ousmane Diomande from Sporting or Giorgio Scalvini and a back up LB could be jorrel Hato 75 rated and 88 potential and can play CB and LB so he’s very versatile.

Sutalo from Ajax is pretty realistic and has decent pace(80), another realistic option is Balerdi from Marseille who's not very fast(73 Pace) but still pretty good and realistic. ANother good option is also Mosquera from Valencia, who has really good potential, but isn't much of an upgrade in terms of OVR(he's 77 rated).
