Welcome back to "Cruise Travel And Explore With Stick Man Steve"! It's Day 12 of our amazing 15-day voyage aboard the Marella Explorer 2, and today we're docked at the beautiful port of Taranto, Italy! 🇮🇹✨

In today's vlog, I’ll give you a brief tour of the Marella Explorer 2, starting with the elegant Flutes bar on Deck 6. If you have the premium drinks package, enjoy your favorite drinks included. If you're on the standard package, there’s a small fee for some drinks. 🍸🍹
Next, we head to the stylish Aperitif Bar, also on Deck 6, right next to the Surf & Turf Steakhouse where we’ll be dining tonight. 🍷🥩 With a surcharge of £29.95 each, it’s a culinary delight worth every penny! This was our favorite restaurant on board - so good, we dined here twice! The surf and turf were outstanding, and the service was top-notch. 🍽️👍
Our Taranto adventure kicks off with the "Trulli of Alberobello" excursion, booked through Marella Cruises for just £42 each. This 5-hour guided tour took us to the enchanting town of Alberobello, famous for its unique trulli houses. 🏠✨ These whitewashed, conical-roofed buildings are so iconic that UNESCO declared them a World Heritage Site in 1996.
Our guide led us through the narrow lanes, sharing fascinating stories about the trulli's history. We even visited St. Antonio, the only trulli-style church in the world. ⛪ After the tour, we had some free time to explore on our own - a bit short, but totally worth it. We loved every moment and highly recommend this excursion! 🌟

Love Surf&Turf, booked it for sea-day in a couple of weeks :) Kora-La we are doing twice as I only eat beef and getting beef curries is nigh-on impossible!
