WOW! Just WOW! To say that I’m underwhelmed is really far too complimentary for this end result. All I can equate it with is having your fingerprints burned off with acid. With all that coming and going and toing and froing and upping and downing and ascending and descending and clutching and releasing I expected to see at least a little something that would put one in mind of a garden. No walkway from front to back? No railing on that last bit of flagging? The first time they have a good soaking rain and someone decides to have a look at how high the water’s risen they’re going to hash that lawn up like a putting green.

@@Niels-3 I said "Never say never" because nature will always win. Doesn't matter what we humans THINK we can do to "manage" it. 🖕

Sigh... All water is extremely carefully managed in the Netherlands. We don't have any natural disasters like hurricanes. Rain is spread throughout the year. We literally reclaimed a 2400 square km area from the sea and built cities on it... If you think you know it better, then please tell me a scenario where the water is magically going to rise 2 meters in this little canal in a country with the best water management in the world. Also that middle finger is really not necessary.

I actually liked the music unlike other people only concern is that isn't correct thick bed method of what I assume is 10mm thick tiles as most thick pavers wouldn't have glaze overflow on the back. That should of been 100mm minimum of 15mm wide crushed rubble pieces then thinner crushed rubble then a coarse river sand screed to fill the voids. Then a sand and cement screed then you could of either wet fixed with a thick bed cement powder method or waited and glued then with thin set. Even if they were 20 - 40mm stone which I doubt being in cardboard there still should of been a rubble layer for drainage. End of the day looks good top effort :)
