It's rare but I've had several sets of twins so if you play a lot it'll definitely happen for you! This was my first set though and I got so excited!

So how you get twins is by getting married with another tamagotchi? Or is it a just once time thing-

When you get married you will either get one tama baby or two, it's random but twins are more rare. :)
