In Kenyan Law, you don't sign divorce papers. you just convince the court that the marriage has irretrievably broken down. There are sufficient grounds to dissolve this marriage and the court should render a verdict. it's not upto any of the parties. then there will be the issue of division of matrimonial property. sorry the lady is misled on the issue of divorce. Law and religion don't mix.
